Assisted living is available at two locations -- the historical Manor and The Gardens at Maplewood. New and unique to mid-Missouri, the Gardens offers residents private apartments with a nursing staff member on duty at all times. A private dining room allows for socializing only steps from their homes.

- 15 apartments in The Gardens
- 24-hour nursing staff
- 3 meals per day
- Weekly housekeeping and laundry services
- Transportation services
- Medication management
- Assistance, as needed, with activities of daily life such as bathing, dressing and grooming
