Welcome to Breeze Park's Dementia Care Assisted
Living. For ambulatory individuals with Alzheimer's disease
and/or other dementia related diseases, we offer a customized
program to enhance our residents' capabilities and maintain
their sense of independence, dignity, and pride.
At Breeze Park, we have created a secure, home-like environment
where residents will age in place and, more importantly, age
with grace. Breeze Park's twenty bed Dementia Care Assisted
Living has been designed to help those with memory impairment
diseases live comfortable, enjoyable lives while assisting
the resident in avoiding premature admission into a nursing
facility.
